The Micro-Tech Classic Chair Sensor Pad, model 83700, is a wandering patient system designed for use with individuals with cognitive disabilities or Alzheimer's disease or individuals at risk for falls to monitor when individuals get up from a chair or wheelchair. When the sensor pad is connected to the Micro-Tech Informer or Sentinel series monitors (see separate entries), it will transmit a signal to the monitor when the user gets out of the chair or wheelchair, removing his or her weight from the pad. This pad has a durable vinyl cover. The Classic Chair Sensor Pad has a 1-year power source. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 13" x 12" inches.
