This double-ended elevator has a unique veterinary design. The fine tips are both curved with an elevator grove. One end of the groove is on the inside concave side and the other end of the groove is on the outside convex side. This allows the elevator to follow the large root curves which exist on many animal teeth (i.e., deciduous canine teeth).
