The non-adherent pad is a unitized dressing with an absorbent inner layer of fiber that is laminated between a thin, highly porous polyethylene net facing. Designed specifically to help prevent over hydration and maceration at the wound site and surrounding skin, the pad allows for a shorter healing time.
