Can be used with ESF Pins 3.2-4.0mm. Distractors are useful instruments for the proper repositioning and compression of long bone fractures. The distractor will hold the bone in anatomical alignment and allow the placement of either bone plates, K-E external fixation devices, or bone screws. The instrument will greatly reduce the amount of manipulation that goes on when trying to maintain alignment during surgery, and allows the surgeons to concentrate their efforts on applying the proper fixation device.
