Return Policy
You may make a return within 30 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, if return window has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging. Restocking fees of up to 25% may apply. The following types of goods are NOT eligible for returns or cancellations:
- Pharmaceuticals
- Refrigerated Products
- Used Items
- Sale Items
- Free items, Seasonal or Special-Order Products
- Drop-Shipped items
- Products sold as Liquidation/Clearance
- Items sold for Training/Educational use
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Please note that no credit will be given for the following:
- Packages that arrive at our facility without a return authorization form RMA or call tag
- Freight (unless the return is a result of our error)
- Products not in sellable condition or defaced with stickers, price marks, knife cuts, etc.
- Merchandise sent to our facility that was not authorized to be returned
- Damaged merchandise due to improper storage and handling, fire, flood, heat, cold, water, smoke, catastrophe, or bankruptcy sale, or purchased or otherwise obtained in violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Items sensitive to temperature that were delivered on time but not received immediately by the intended recipient
- Returns that are not received by the provided return date indicated on the RMA
Damaged Packages/Shortages
If you receive a damaged package, please immediately contact the delivery carrier and save all packing material for inspection. The delivery carrier will determine the next steps if the package is damaged. Please note that we are not responsible for packages damaged by the delivery carrier. All shipping charges and risk of loss are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you do not receive the correct number of products and suspect a shortage, please contact Med-Vet immediately at 1-800-544-7521. Investigations may take up to 7 business days.
Please report any damaged packages and shortages within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items received outside of regulated temperature parameters indicated on product, must be reported with photographic evidence of temperature at time of receiving.
Undelivered Packages
Generally, credits for undeliverable shipments are issued within 5 business days of receiving the package back at our facility. Credits are applied to your account minus freight.
We cannot reship an order; you must place a new order to verify your shipping information. Customers are responsible for the new outbound freight.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, the investigation may take up to 7 business days from the time the inquiry is opened to conclude. We cannot offer reshipment or refunds when the carrier proves the package was properly delivered.

How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive your return, processing it may take up to 7 business days. Once the return is processed, the credit will be issued to your account. Refunds can take up to 6 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
If you are returning a product with a Returns Material Authorization (RMA), please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any restocking fees that apply.
