SHIPPING POLICY
PO boxes are not covered under our normal freight policy.
If you need a package shipped to a PO box, please contact our customer service team to discuss additional options.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for special order Items to be shipped. There are no returns/cancellations on special order items.
EXEMPTIONS
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands are not included in our discounted shipping rates, are shipped via USPS, and are charged at the actual freight rate.
Some items require additional freight. For example, fluids; refrigerated items; large, boxed closeout products; drop-shipped items; and weight-intensive items. All equipment over 100 lbs. will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer and charged at the actual freight rate.
Med-Vet International does not sell pharmaceuticals outside the United States or its territories.
REFRIGERATED ITEMS
Some products must always be refrigerated. These products have special shipping requirements and are labeled as such on their product page. Cold ship products must ship 2nd day by air. If you would like a different shipping method, you will be charged the actual freight plus an additional $5 for the cold ship container.

If you receive a damaged package, please immediately contact the delivery carrier, and save all packing material for inspection. The delivery carrier will determine the next steps if the package is damaged. Please note that we are not responsible for packages damaged by the delivery carrier. All shipping charges and risk of loss are the responsibility of the purchaser.
LIQUIDATION ITEMS
We have many items that we liquidate at the lowest price possible, which allows us to provide incredible deals that cannot be found anywhere else! Sometimes our prices are so low that certain products may require additional freight charges to cover the cost of getting the products to you. While most products will still ship under our normal freight policy, a customer service representative will contact you to notify you of any additional freight charges on your order. This ensures that we can keep providing incredibly low prices on our top-quality medical products. Thank you for your understanding!
FLUIDS
We can ship up to two liters at our standard freight. All additional fluids are weighed and charged at the actual freight rate.
DROPSHIP ITEMS
Orders with dropship items may take up to 24 hours to provide a freight quote and they may take up to 7-10 business days to ship. There are no returns on dropship items. All drop ship items and fees must be paid in full before shipping. Additional charges may apply.

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes by priority mail.
DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING?
Our shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 for all orders.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY?
Once your package is received by the shipping carrier, we are provided with your tracking number. Contact us via Live Chat Support at shopmedvet.com or call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-544-7521 to request the tracking number.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A DELIVERY OR ORDER?
You can cancel your order through Live Chat Support at shopmedvet.com or call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-544-7521. Please have your Invoice, Account Number, or Purchase Order number ready.
HOW WILL TAXES AND SHIPPING BE DETERMINED?
Shipping is determined by your location, type of shipping, amount of purchase, and weight of the order. Based on these factors we generate your shipping cost.
WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
No, signing for packages is not required.
CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS SO THAT IT SHIPS ALL AT ONCE?
It may be possible depending on the number of items, amount, and the timing of when the orders were placed. You must call in your request to the Customer Service Department.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO GET TO MY DESTINATION?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
CAN I HAVE MY PRODUCT SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY OWN ADDRESS?
Yes, however, some products require a license. For items requiring a license, you will not be able to ship to any address other than the one on your license.
OOPS! I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED MY ORDER WITH 4-5 BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY SHIPPING, BUT I NEED THE ORDER TOMORROW!
Orders received after 3:00pm CST will not be processed for delivery. If you contact customer service before that time, they may be able to change your shipping speed.
OOPS! I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED MY ORDER WITH THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
