Add 2 capsules to one liter distilled water and heat until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.Ingredients:Peptone 20 g/lDextrose 20 g/lYeast Extract 10 g/l Solubility: Water Storage Temperature: Room Temperature Storage Conditions: Room Temperature Appearance: Capsule (Cream to Beige free flowing powder) Composition: Peptone 20.0g, Dextrose 20.0g, Yeast Extract 10.0g Direction (Preparation): Mix 50g YPD Broth in 1 liter purified water until evenly dispersed. Boil for 1 minute with stirring to completely dissolve.
