PO boxes are not covered under our normal freight policy. If you need packages shipped to PO boxes please contact our customer service team to discuss additional options.
Orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS and charged actual freight.
Some items require additional freight such as fluids, refrigerated items, large boxed closeout products, drop shipped items, and weight intensive items. All equipment over 100lbs will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer and charged actual freight.
Shipping charges for refrigerated items are a flat charge based on your location or zone. Cold items are packed on ice and shipped separately in a cooler with expedited shipping. Med-Vet can only ship cold items Monday-Wednesday.

Q: How will taxes and shipping be assessed?
A: Shipping is assessed by your location, type of shipping, amount of purchase, and weight of the order. Based on these factors we generate your shipping cost. We do not charge taxes outside of Illinois.

A: No, signing for packages is not required.
Q: Can I combine my orders to have it shipped all at once?
A: Yes, depending on the amount of items, and the times of the orders placed, you must call in your request to the Customer Service Department.
Q: How long does it take for an order to get to my destination?
A: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Q: Can I have my product sent to another address other than my own address?
A: Yes, but some products require a license. You will not be able to ship to any address other than your licensing address.
Q: Oops! I accidently placed my order with 4-5 Business Day delivery shipping, but I need the order tomorrow!
A: Orders received after 3:00pm CST will not be processed for delivery. If you contact customer service before that time, they may be able to change your shipping type.
