Shipping Policy

Med-Vet International only ships within the U.S and U.S Territories. Shipping for the contiguous U.S is $10 for orders under $100, $5 for orders over $100, and free shipping for orders over $300.

PO boxes are not covered under our normal freight policy.
If you need packages shipped to PO boxes please contact our customer service team to discuss additional options.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for the Special Order Items to be shipped. There are no returns / cancellations on special order items.


Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS and charged actual freight.

Some items require additional freight such as fluids, refrigerated items, large boxed closeout products, drop shipped items, and weight intensive items. All equipment over 100lbs will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer and charged actual freight.

Med-Vet International does not sell pharmaceuticals outside of the United States.

Refrigerated Items

Some pharmaceuticals must always be refrigerated. These products have special shipping requirements and are labeled on the product page. Coldship products must ship 2nd day air. If you would like a different shipping method, you will be charged actual freight plus an additional $5 for the coldship container.

Damaged or missing goods must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please note any damage or poor box conditions when signing for packages. If shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Save product packaging. All shipping charges and risk of loss are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Liquidation Items

We have many items that we liquidate at the lowest price possible providing incredible deals you will find nowhere else! These prices are so low in fact, that some products may require additional freight charges just so we can cover the cost of getting the products to you. While most products will still ship under our normal freight policy, a customer service rep will contact you to notify you of any additional freight charges so that we can ensure that you keep getting these incredibly low prices on our top quality medical products. Thank you for your understanding.


We can ship up to 2 Liters at standard freight. All additional fluids are weighed and charged at actual freight.

Dropship Items

Orders with dropship items may take up to 24 hours to provide a freight quote and they may take up to 7-10 business days to ship. There are no returns on dropship items. All dropship items and fees must be paid in full before shipping. Additional charges may apply.

When a customer's order has been received by the shipping company, Med-Vet will receive your tracking number. You then can access Live Chat Support at, or call the Customer Service Department at 1-(800)-544-7521 to ask for the tracking number, which they can provide.

Shipping is assessed by your location, type of shipping, amount of purchase, and weight of the order. Based on these factors we generate your shipping cost.

Controlled substance are the only products that require a signature upon delivery.

Yes, depending on the amount of items, and the times of the orders placed, you must call in your request to the Customer Service Department.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Yes, but some products require a license. You will not be able to ship to any address other than your licensing address.

Orders received after 3:00pm CST will not be processed for delivery. If you contact customer service before that time, they may be able to change your shipping type.
