WE ONLY SELL PHARMACEUTICALS IN THE UNITED STATES

THE FOLLOWING STATES ARE RESTRICTED FROM PURCHASING PHARMACEUTICALS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

We require a copy of your proper research or medical license to purchase pharmaceuticals. We require a copy of your DEA license for any controlled substances. All 3rd party buyers need to submit an approval letter from the license holder before purchasing any pharmaceuticals. The letter should include length of use, persons and/or departments(s) permitted to use license, license holder contact information, address where items will beshipping, signature & date. Pharmaceutical's may only be shipped to a licensed address that is approved by your state Board of Pharmacy.

If you order a controlled substance a DEA Questionaire must be on file with us prior to shipment of pharmaceuticals.

A signature is required upon delivery for all controlled substances. DEA and 222 items required an additional $7.50 fee for shipping

We can only ship controlled substances to the address associated to the DEA license. We cannot ship to any other address.

Please send all license and documents to license@shopmedvet.com or they can be faxed to 888-415-1825. Failure to submit appropriate documentation may delay processing of your order.

Cold shipping may apply on some pharmaceuticals. No Return on Pharmaceuticals.

Syringes and needles can only be purchased by licensed practitioners in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island.

We cannot sell syringes and needles to the Virgin Islands.

IV catheters, biopsy needles, and spinal needles require a proper research or medical license to purchase.
