Requirements For Purchase
We require a copy of your current, valid research or medical license to purchase pharmaceuticals. All third-party buyers must submit an approval letter from the license holder before purchasing any pharmaceuticals. The letter must include the length of use, person(s) and/or department(s) permitted to use the license, license holder contact information, address where items will be shipping, signature, and date. Pharmaceuticals may only be shipped to the address on the license approved by your state Board of Pharmacy.

Cold shipping may apply to some pharmaceuticals. There are no returns on pharmaceuticals.
Other Restrictions
Syringes and needles can only be purchased by licensed practitioners in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island.
We cannot sell syringes and needles in the Virgin Islands.
IV catheters, biopsy needles, and spinal needles require a proper research or medical license to purchase.
I have a prescription from my doctor/vet, can I have it filled?
No, we sell pharmaceuticals exclusively to licensed medical and veterinary professionals. We do not fill prescriptions.
How do you know if you need a State License for a product purchase?
Customers will need a State License for pharmaceutical (RX) items. Upon checkout, a notification will alert you that one of the products in your cart is a pharmaceutical. The product description of all pharmaceuticals contains information regarding any license requirements.
