Return Policy
Check your goods IMMEDIATELY upon receipt.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS.
There will be a 15% handling charge on all returns.
It is our policy not to accept the return of any merchandise without first having called for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). A customer service representative will supply you with an RGA#, which must be displayed on the outside of each carton. Our receiving department has been given orders to refuse all unauthorized returns. When asking for an RGA#, we must have our invoice number and invoice date as well as the reason for the return. Merchandise returned must be in saleable condition and transportation to use must be prepaid. Customer shall be responsible for freight charges on merchandise changes.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PHARMACEUTICAL ITEMS.
