Pharmaceutical Policy
PLEASE NOTE: A copy of your state license must be on file with us prior to shipment of PHARMACEUTICALS. If you have not already done so, please fax a copy to 866-831-8338 or email to LICENSE@shopmedvet.com If you order controlled substances, a copy of your DEA license must also be on file. Failure to submit appropriate documentation may delay processing of your order. If you are ordering products which to not require a license, please disregard this notice.
Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling in the contiguous 48 states is $10.00 for orders under $100.00 and $5.00 for orders over $100.00 and *FREE for order over $300.00.
Shipping and handling for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam will be charged at actual freight.
*Drop ship and weight intensive items are exempt from this policy. *Tables, tubs, cages, cabinets, carts and other specified items are shipped from the manufacturer and are charged actual freight for shipping and handling. These items are exempt from the free shipping policy.
