You may order from our secure online website or you may send your order request via email or fax. We are available Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CST). If you would like to place a phone order, please call our International ordering line at 1-847-680-3050.
Most of the items found at shopmedvet.com are available for International delivery. If you cannot find the item you have in mind on our website, please email us at email@example.com for price and availability. Minimum order amount for International orders is $300 USD. Customer is responsible for all delivery costs. Upon placing your order, we will inform you of shipping charges to your desired destination. If you need immediate assistance, please use the customer service chat function or call us.
We can only ship one package per International order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on back order, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the back ordered items become available.If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the back-ordered items from your order. Re-order the items when they are in stock or place the back-ordered items on a seperate order.
Wire Transfers are the only accepted payment for International orders. All Med-Vet International prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Please note: we must receive the full amount owed for International transactions. Any fees, including FX fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. Please inform your bank that Med-Vet International must receive full amount owed.
There are no U.S.A. taxes on orders shipped outside the U.S. We are not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. Check with your local customs agency for details regarding possible duties or taxes on your order.
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Med-Vet International strongly suggests that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. We cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
We ship USPS for International orders.
Some restrictions apply to shipping International: No Ethicon Sutures to the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Iran, Mexico, Peru, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Uruguay, Venezuela. No syringe & needles to Canada.
Damaged or missing goods must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please note any damage or poor box conditions when signing for packages. If shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Save product packaging. All shipping charges and risk of loss are the responsibility of the purchaser.

FedEx International Express typically takes 3-5 business days to reach our customers after the order leaves our warehouse; as US Postal Service Air Mail may take up to 8 weeks.
