Trimethoprim/sulfadiazine is indicated in horses where potent systemic antibacterial action against sensitive organisms is required. Trimethoprim/sulfadiazine is indicated where control of bacterial infections is required during treatment of: Acute Strangles, Respiratory Tract Infections, Acute Urogenital Infections, Wound Infections and Abscesses.
